Sound is a wonderful tool to help with the shifts and changes in perspective we need to make. This is a safe, non-judgemental space for meditation and healing that uses music to facilitate a deeper experience. It’s also a space where you can take time and focus totally on yourself.
We’ll start with a theme for each circle, get grounded and begin the sound meditation. All you have to do is sit or lay back and listen. (BTW, the music I use is written by composers working with binaural beats and healing sound frequencies. It’s pretty awesome!)
I’ve found that wearing headphones helps the process, if possible wear them during the sound circle. If not, please be in a quiet space and have your computer, tablet or phone close to you so the sound can surround you.
